On Friday.. President Obama announced a dramatic change in immigration law, which would stop the deportation of young illegal immigrants, who were brought to the U.S. as children.
Under the new guidelines, immigrants who were brought here before they turned 16 and are under the age of 30 can apply for work permits as long as they have no criminal history and meet other criteria, administration officials said.
