Consumer advocate Martin Andelman, whose blog "Mandelman Matters" is gaining national momentum for its roll in helping homeowners through the mortgage and foreclosure crisis.
Andelman, an economist who ran his own marketing consultant business for two decades, takes about 20 calls a day from distressed homeowners and has answered about 40,000 emails. He says California, and the country, are still years away from recovery.
