Based on a California case, the Supreme Court today landed a blow on public employee unions in a decision that states unions cannot automatically collect fees for political purposes from non-member employees.
Management attorney Robert Millman explains the impact of the 7-2 decision to our "Saving the California Dream" producer Heidi Cuda. Millman, of Littler/Mendelson law firm (littler.com) also says a measure voters face in November in California may deal an even more devastating blow to public unions.
