Saving the California Dream series producer Heidi Cuda reports on Governor Brown's last-minute changes to his tax initiative, which merges his original initiative with the California Teachers Federation-backed Millionaires Tax Initiative.
His new plan lowers his proposed tax increase from half a cent to a quarter cent, but increases the taxes on upper income earners and extends those increases longer.
