Red, White and Blue Cocktail Recipes


PURE JOY                                                     
tall glass
ice
1.5 oz Ketel One Citron
3-4 fresh raspberries
1-2 fresh lemon slices
Splash sweet & sour
Sprite

Muddle raspberries and lemons, add Ketel One Citron and sweet & sour. Shake and pour. Top w/ Sprite and sweet & sour.  


BLUE CRUSH
tall glass
ice
1 oz Stoli Blueberri
.05 oz St. Germain
4-5 fresh blueberries
simple syrup
splash lemonade
soda water to finish

Muddle fresh blueberries, simple syrup, and ½ cup of ice. Top glass with ice. Add Stoli Blueberri, St. Germain, and a splash of lemonade. Shake. Top with soda water.

LEMON BASIL MARTINI
martini glass
ice                                    
3 oz Ketel One Citron
fresh basil
2 lemon slices
simple syrup
splash lemonade
Cracked pepper

Muddle basil, lemons, and simple syrup. Add Ketel One Citron and a splash of lemonade. Shake and strain. Top with fresh cracked pepper.
