Dr. Art Gray Discusses Texas Voter ID Law - Los Angeles Local News, Weather, and Traffic

A controversial voter id law in Texas being argued in a federal courtroom in Washington this week.

The law -which would require photo ID to vote…was blocked by the justice department saying it would disproportionately affect Hispanic voters. The state then sued the justice department. The case, of course has become a political football.
