Fullerton Police Officers Plead Not Guilty In Beating Death Arraignment

Santa Ana, CA -

Fullerton police officers Manuel Ramos and Jay Cicinelli, charged in the beating death of schizophrenic transient Kelly Thomas in July 2011, have pleaded not guilty in Orange County Superior Court in Santa Ana.

Their next court date is scheduled for July 27.
