It's been five days since a fire tore through the historic Sanders Factory in Highland Park.
The fire is still burning five days later because the city doesn't have the money or the gear to keep up the fight.
On Wednesday, we found a lone fire truck with the hose running. There wasn't a single firefighter on the scene. And the hose is barely stronger than a garden hose.
We're told the city doesn't want the roof collapsing on firefighters, so they just let hose run until the fire goes out.
The city has seen massive cuts to all city services in recent years and the fire department is no exception.
