Vote To Ban Medical Marijuana In LA Could Take Place - Los Angeles Local News, Weather, and Traffic

(CNS) The LA City Council could vote today ban all medical marijuana outlets citywide.

For years, local politicians have been trying to negotiate the tricky turf between state and federal law...and now some are to 'throw out the baby with the bath water.'

Other cities have tried all-out bans, but a state appellate court panel said municipalities did not have the authority to ban something permitted under state law.
