position works closely with Account Executives in all aspects of the sales
process. Responsibilities include
generating plans out of our Internal Operating System, tracking stewardships,
negotiating make-good packages, issuing contracts, flow charts and post
analysis to clients. The planner will
consistently be in contact with clients and assist them with all their needs
such as moves, allocations, re-pricing, discrepancies and inventory
request. Various other responsibilities
Candidate must have previous experience as an assistant in either a media sales or media buying agency of 2+ years. Must be familiar with the basics of the media business such as CPM's, ratings and audience composition. Good communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task and work closely with coworkers and clients is required. Candidate must be proficient in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
