Former Teacher Mark Berndt Molestation Preliminary Trial Date - Los Angeles Local News, Weather, and Traffic

Former Miramonte teacher Mark Berndt was in court today for a status update / preliminary trial date hearing. Citing 'voluminous discovery' and the 'ongoing investigation', the hearing was rescheduled to October 18th.

The Judge mentioned that both the DA and Public Defender do not see preliminary hearing happening until January, 2013 and actual trial not starting until the end of next year, 2013.
