Arizona Governor Jan Brewer says the Federal government and parents of young illegal immigrants are to blame for the country's immigration issues.

Governor Brewer is defending her order denying driver's licenses and other public benefits to young undocumented immigrants.

She says she has compassion for children brought to this country illegally by their parents, but responsibility for them falls squarely on those parents and no one else.
