Jake Steinfeld 'Takes A Shot' - Los Angeles Local News, Weather, and Traffic

Major League Lacrosse is now in its 12th season...it's a league that might not exist if not for the efforts of fitness icon Jake Steinfeld.

Jake and his colleagues faced many obstacles and setbacks took them four years to overcame before making their business plan a reality.

That's the subject of a new book co-authored by Jake .. Called 'Take A Shot.'
