Controversy in a Huntington Park City council meeting...when a councilwoman blamed quote 'the Americans' who served in the past, for some of the problems the city is facing now.
Rosa Perez...who was born in Mexico...answering in Spanish, said "a big problem is that people think that when the Americans were in office everything was all great...and when the Latinos came in, then all the problems came in."
"But the Americans did a lot of these contracts that are costing us (Latinos) much money."
As you might imagine.. There has been a big uproar over this..
