2013 marks the 35th Anniversary of Columbia Pictures release of 'The Buddy Holly Story' starring Gary Busey as Buddy Holly which earned Gary an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor.
Gary introduces the screening of 'The Buddy Holly Movie' on Saturday, February 2nd, 2013 at 12 noon at The Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa as part of the Surf Ballroom's Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame Luncheon.
Gary will headline as Buddy Holly, playing and singing the songs from the movie's soundtrack on the final night of the 2013 Winter Dance Party on Saturday.
