Actor Robby Benson Is 'Not Dead...Yet' - Los Angeles Local News, Weather, and Traffic

Robby Benson has been acting professionally since he was 8-years old.

As a teenager and young adult he starred in movies such as 'One On One' 'Ode To Billy Joe' and 'Ice Castles'...he also became a successful writer, director and singer.

Benson was very athletic...and looked to be the picture of health, then he found out he had a heart defect and has since survived four open-heart surgeries.

He's written a new book about his experiences...called 'I'm Not Dead .. Yet.'
