Farmers Score Victory Over High-Speed Rail - Los Angeles Local News, Weather, and Traffic

A coalition of Central Valley farmers just scored a victory over the High-Speed Rail project, when a Sacramento judge allowed them to seek a preliminary injunction to stop the rail project.

But Dan Richard, the Chairman of the High-Speed Rail Authority, says they're already doing everything they can to mitigate any damage.
