California's central valley is the ‘starting point' for the controversial, multi-billion dollar High Speed Rail Project...There are strong opinions…both for and against.
The cost of California's High-Speed Rail Project could cost 60 to 70 billion dollars…and it could take up to 20 years to complete. But not everyone is on board, as the
project will run through the heart of the state's farmlands...with the first
leg to be built from Merced to Fresno.
