Robin Sax Discusses Mike McQueary Suing Penn State - Los Angeles Local News, Weather, and Traffic

Mike McQueary...the former Penn State assistant football coach who told Joe Paterno that he saw Jerry Sandusky raping a boy...is now suing Penn State for 8 million dollars.

McQueary claims he was suspended and eventually fired because he co-operated with investigators looking into the abuse charges.

He also says the university defamed him...and that he was lied to by two school officials who assured him they would properly investigate his allegations about Sandusky.
