This position is responsible for managing all aspects of affiliate relations, promotions and marketing for affiliates of syndicated programming. Gather and disseminate pertinent information and write show listings for syndicated programs. Update consumer and affiliate websites. Field Station calls and fulfill request. Acts as a liaison between production, sales and affiliates. Manager custom promo shoots dub requests and show information delivery to all affiliates. Actively participates in the planning and execution of film shoots and photo shoots. Organization and planning of corporate events and conferences. Responsibilities for this position will include travel, booking local press and events.
Minimum 3+ years television promotion or marketing experience required. Candidates must possess advanced computer skills, phone skills and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel. Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to multi-task are required. Prior convention/event planning or on-air experiences a plus.
