This week's Wednesday's Child focuses on Anthony (1997), an energetic and technically-minded teen with a gift for putting things together. With this in mind, it seemed fitting to bring Anthony to Rolling Robots in Glendale, California to challenge his talent in a fun and productive way.
From assembling his own robot and engaging in "bot" battles, Anthony had a handle on it. He was focused and his determination prevailed. Structure is particularly important to Anthony as he is diagnosed with Asperger's and receives Regional Center services. Anthony takes his education seriously and does very well in school.
Anthony displays a lot of positive energy and can engage in conversation on many different topics. Anthony hopes to find a forever family who will give him the unconditional love he deserves as well as opportunities to prevail and reach his full potential.
We're "rolling" out this segment looking for that special family that can provide not just the necessities of life for this special kid, but also "component accessories" needed to flourish.
