Study: Teens Should Eat More To Lose Weight

We all know exercise benefits the body. That's not surprising. But what might surprise you is that eating more frequently could help your teens keep their weight in check.

Researchers at the University of Indiana report teens who eat several small meals a day were less likely to gain weight over an 18 month period than kids who ate fewer than three meals a day.

That research comes as no surprise to Dr. Lauren Crosby, who stopped by Studio 11LA to discuss the findings.
