Police ID body found in Tempe neighborhood - Los Angeles Local News, Weather, and Traffic

Police have identified the body of a valley woman that was found in a lot in a Tempe neighborhood.

Tempe police say they've identified the woman as 37-year-old Joann Rotz.

Officers found her body Nov. 21 in a neighborhood near Rural Road and University Drive.

Investigators say Rotz was frequently seen around the area with transients.
