If you won the lottery, you may be tempted to tell everyone and anyone who would listen. But, you might want to think twice before you press enter on that "I won the lottery!" Facebook status.
Attorney Morris Callaman says there are three important things to remember: don't go public via social media, talk to a great attorney and recommends you get organized before deciding to announce your winnings publicly.
The Powerball jackpot is up to a record $500 million. The odds of winning the coveted prize is 1 in 175,223,510 people, according to the Powerball website.
