The NYPD is asking for the public's help in finding a 13-year-old boy who went missing at his school Friday afternoon.
Authorities say Jose Figueroa was last seen inside the Esperanza Prep Academy on East 109th Street in East Harlem around 2:00 p.m.
Police say Jose is around 4'6", 111 lbs., with a medium build, brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a burgundy hooded sweatshirt, red sweater, burgundy polo shirt, beige slacks, black sneakers and a blue backpack.
Anyone with information in regards to this missing person is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
