CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
Former State representative Robin Kelly threw her hat in the ring over the weekend.
Kelly is a top aide to Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle.
She joins former 11th District Congresswoman Debbie Halvorson and disgraced ex-congressman Mel Reynolds in a field expected to get even bigger by week's end.
