Robin Tyler and Gloria Allred on Gay Marriage - Los Angeles Local News, Weather, and Traffic

On Friday the Supreme Court announced it would hear two gay marriage cases...it will take up The Defense of Marriage Act. Proposition 8...passed by California voters in 2008…it outlawed same-sex marriage which the state supreme court had legalized earlier in the year. In 2010, a California Federal appeals court struck down Prop 8.

Gloria Allred joined us this morning with Robin Tyler…who was the first plaintiff in the lawsuit against prop 8.
