A DeKalb County man has a pile of problems on his hands. Larry Gresham walked outside to discover about 100 old tires in his front yard.
He says this isn't the first time this has happened.
Gresham said that he thinks someone he has been fighting with might be behind the tires. He said that he called police, but they say they can't help him.
