The place to have breakfast Wednesday morning was at the 540 Park restaurant at the Loews Regency Hotel where movers and shakers from various industries gathered.
Begun during the financial crisis of the mid-1970s, the Power Breakfast was a way to help the city recover.
It was quickly dubbed the 'Power Breakfast.'
Wednesday's breakfast was the final before Loews closes for a multi-million dollar renovation.
