Whole Foods, from 12-2:30PM.
The event includes cooking demos, food and juice
samplings and teaches attendees the recipe for health, love and happiness.
2 cups water 2 ice cubes A handful of mixed greens 1/2 of an apple
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed until liquefied. Drink immediately.

Breakfast-To-Go
1 Whole Grain English Muffin (Ezekiel Food For Life English Muffin) 1 Tbs. almond butter 1 Tbs. ground flax seeds 1/2 banana (sliced in half lengthwise) sprinkle of cinnamon
Mix together the almond butter, ground flax and cinnamon. While the muffin is still warm, spread the nut butter mixture onto 1 side of it. Top with banana and place other half of muffin on top, forming a sandwich. You are ready to go with a healthy breakfast in tow.

Life Porridge
2 c. water ¼ c. steel cut oats ¼ c. whole oats 2 tbs. oat bran 1 – 2 tbs. ground flaxseed – or 1 tbs. flaxseed oil ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
Bring water to a boil. Add steel cut oats and cook on low-medium heat for 15 minutes. Add whole oats and simmer on low for another 5 minutes. Remove the porridge from heat. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
