I showed up in shorts and flip flops, looking to relax... signed some forms, watched a video, and then attendant Katy King took me back.
You float like a cork on top of water filled with 1,200 pounds of salt. It makes you super buoyant -- and apparently super relaxed.
They have me shower off, put ear plugs in to keep the water out, and then I slip into my pod.
