A teacher in Charlotte, North Carolina…who was arrested for allegedly having sex with a 17-year-old student has a criminal past that could have kept her from being hired in the first place.
Kristina Gum's background only came out after she was arrested…it's not known whether the school district was aware she had previously been convicted of larceny, driving while impaired...other charges she's beaten include fraud and twice driving with a revoked license.
Gum is married with two children…her husband says he doesn't believe the charges because she is ‘too over caring.'
