SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -

Just in time to work on weight-loss New Years resolutions, the best-selling Mayo Clinic diet book is now in paperback. The paperback book releases the diet to the general public, for the first time.

According to U.S. News, 'The Mayo Clinic Diet' is ranked number 3. The book includes credible, accurate health information, according to Dr. Donald Hensrud, chair of the Division of Preventive, Occupational, and Aerospace Medicine and an Associate Professor of Preventive Medicine and Nutrition at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine.

"People can stay healthy and lose weight on the Mayo Clinic Diet. It's the last diet people will ever need," said Dr. Donald Hensrud.
