Robin Sax: Theater Shooting Victims Families Were Really Upset - Los Angeles Local News, Weather, and Traffic

A judge in Colorado ruled last night that there is enough evidence to try James Holmes for the movie theater shootings in which 12 people were killed.

Today, Holmes will be back in court for his arraignment…it'll be the first time he enters pleas on the 160 charges he's facing. Holmes' 3-day preliminary hearing ended Wednesday without his lawyers calling any witnesses.
