A boy who was 10-years-old when he shot and killed his father, has been found guilty of second degree murder. This is the case in which the father, Jeff Hall was a well-known Neo-Nazi leader.

The son, Joseph Hall who's now 12, shot him while he slept. This was a "bench trial"…meaning there was a judge only and no jury.

And in finding him guilty, the judge said while abuse and neglect may have led to the murder, the boy knew what he did was wrong.
