NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will be sworn in for a second term on Monday, January 21.

Of the many celebrations going on during Inauguration Day will be a luncheon attended by the President where wine from Long Island's North Fork will be served.

A red merlot from Bedell Cellars in Cutchogue was picked by Sen. Charles Schumer as the wine of choice.

It will be served with bison in a wild huckleberry reduction and red potato horseradish cake.

"It's a perfect pairing for that wine to be served with a lean meat. It's a beautiful wine with great structure and beautiful fruit," said Trent Preszler, CEO, Bedell Cellars.
