Posted: Updated:

Police say they have arrested four men accused of robbing two people at gunpoint on Monday. Investigators say the robbery happened at Juniper Street and 8th Street in midtown sometime around 2 a.m.
Police say the suspects took wallets, phones and credit cards from the two victims, and fled the scene in a Ford Edge with Florida tags. The suspects were stopped near a Texaco at Northside Drive and McDaniel Street.
They say one of the suspects tried to shoot someone at the scene, but the gun did not fire. Investigators say one of the officers fired a shot when the suspect pulled the gun. No one was hit, and there was no damage.

According to police, they recovered a stolen gun, credit cards, two cell phones and identification, but wallets were missing.

The four suspects are facing several charges including armed robbery, and are being held in the Fulton County Jail.
