Loaded down with two guns, a Taser, two pairs of cuffs, pepper spray and cameras capturing all the activity, Long walks through the Metro Mall in downtown Atlanta near Five Points with authority.
Long has gained such a following that Taser International has given him a small camera that shoots nighttime video and a major discount on his next Taser. People around the world have donated $23,000 to help him buy more gear.
However, some who have felt his sting say Long has gone too far.
Cell phone video shows Marcus Purnell getting Tased by Long after a confrontation.
"I'm emotionally distressed about this situation. I'm flopping around on the floor like a fish looking crazy," said Purnell.
Purnell admits that he refused to leave after being ordered to exit the property. He says the reason Long targeted him had nothing to do with the mall.
"He thinks I had something to do with somebody breaking into his home," said Purnell. "I never broke into his house.
Long admits that he has a history with Purnell and said that it's up to him to decide who can be on the mall's property.
"I can tell you to get off because the sun is yellow the sky is blue and the grass is green, If you think I'm violating your Constitutional rights, file a lawsuit," said Long.
Purnell said that he has already hired a lawyer and plans to file a lawsuit.
Long said that he didn't want to post his video of the Tasing on the internet because the network TruTV has asked for exclusive rights to air it.
