Don Jeanes, The Cowboy In Budweiser's Super Bowl Ad

Posted: Updated:
The Budweiser commercial was the breakout ad of the 2013 Super Bowl. The horses get a lot of love, but this time people noticed the cowboy in the ad, Don Jeanes. He talked with FOX 11's Courtney Friel talking about the success of the ad and his career as an actor and also being a cowboy in real life.

He went to the audition in his real cowboy attire, having grown up on a ranch in Texas. He had the callback at a horse stable in Thousand Oaks and was working with a horse along with the director, and everything came together.

He's had a lot of 'support' from young ladies with horses from around the nation, and he's thrilled about it and certainly appreciates it, especially being a bachelor himself.

He hopes this ad will help him to be more noticeable as he continues to open up new doors as an actor.
