Method: Let dough rise for two hours or about halfway. Melt butter and stir in fresh garlic, I use 2 cloves for every half stick of butter. Set aside butter mixture. Press dough down and cut into 10 or 12 long breadstick sized pieces. Brush with butter/garlic – lift ends, twist into knot and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with seeds and bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until golden.
