Madison Guarna is 5-years old…while she was waiting for the bus to take her to kindergarten, she told a couple of other kids that she was going to ‘shoot' them with a 'Hello Kitty' toy that makes bubbles.
According to Madison's mother, school officials then suspended the little girl for making what they said was a "terroristic threat."
