CEO Testifies at State Capitol - Los Angeles Local News, Weather, and Traffic

California's high-speed rail authority CEO Jeff Morales testified today in Sacramento before the Assembly Transportation Committee.

Our investigative producer Heidi Cuda reports Morales gave lawmakers a status report, assuring them the project is on schedule and ready to break ground this summer.

Although two lawsuits against the rail authority were recently settled, Cuda reports that the rail authority continues to face additional legal woes from farmers.
