Police have indicted the man accused of fatally running over Usher's stepson with a jet ski at Lake Lanier last summer, TMZ reports.
Jeffery Hubbard was arrested on Friday morning, according to Melissa Cummings of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.
Kile Glover, the 11-year-old son of Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond, died last July from injuries suffered when Hubbard allegedly hit him with a jet ski as Kile was riding in an inner tube behind a boat.
Hubbard faces numerous charges including homicide by vessel, serious injury by vessel, reckless operation of a vessel, unlawful operation of a PWC and boat traffic violation.
He is being held at the Hall County Detention Center, according to Cummings.
