Jillian Michaels: Maximize Your Life

Posted: Updated:

Jillian Michaels is a busy woman these days. She's a new mom, she's about to launch a national speaking tour, and she's fighting childhood obesity on "The Biggest Loser".

Did we mention she also has a new book out? Jillian talked about "Slim For Life" and all those other projects with Steve and Maria Tuesday.

The personal trainer talked about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, her return to "The Biggest Loser", and why this season is so important to her. She also explained why she's "meaner than ever" on the show now that she has a family.

Jillian's "Maximize Your Life" Tour kicks off next month.

Jillian's latest book "Slim For Life" is in stores now.
