James Holmes, the Colorado Movie Massacre Suspect, is now
one step closer to going on trial. That, after a plea of not guilty, entered by the judge
on behalf of the defendant himself.
Holmes and his attorneys' claiming they are not ready and
need more time. The judge objects, and, then enters the plea for Holmes. It has been eight
months now since the shooting outside Denver.
Investigators say Holmes killed 12 people and hurt 70 more
when he opened fire inside that movie theater during the midnight premiere of the Batman Movie,
The Dark Knight Rises. If convicted, Holmes could get the death penalty. The trial now set to start
early August.
