Coordinator, Programming & Development Department

The ideal candidate will be an integral member of the Programming & Development for first-run programming, syndication: including talk shows, court shows, entertainment magazines, and reality. This position will provide clerical support to our Executive Vice President, Programming & Development.  Responsibilities include answering phones, typing and composing of correspondence.  Will maintain contact list; handle expense reports and various other administrative duties as assigned.  Will also work with current productions to ensure consistent quality of programs and work with marketing research on launch of new shows.  Will assist with scheduling, developing and producing pitch materials for 1st run, cable, network & digital platforms.

Minimum 2 years administrative support experience.  Typing of 45wpm with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint also required.  Bachelor's Degree in related field and extensive knowledge of TV programs and social media, a must.  Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills are needed.
