Firefighters are battling a 3-alarm fire at a commercial building in lower Manhattan.

The fire is at 140 Fulton Street, the same address where firefighters battled a 4-alarm blaze on Sunday.

There were no reports of injuries at the 5-story, mixed-occupancy building on Monday or Sunday. There were no people inside on either day.

A fire department spokesman says that firefighters worked through the afternoon Sunday to make sure the fire was out. But at 1:55 a.m. Monday they received a 911 of a fire at the same building.

The blaze went to a 2nd alarm at 2:25 a.m. and to a 3rd alarm at 3:39 a.m. A fire department spokesman says there was a partial roof collapse.

The fire is under investigation.
