A cool day around Southern California… with temperatures below average. Downtown LA only reaching a daytime high of 61 (average is 67). But tomorrow we start a warming trend. We're expecting a jump of temperatures of about 5 degrees on Sunday, with mostly clear skies. We'll continue warming as we head into the work week, and by Christmas on Wednesday we are going to reach the peak of the warming trend with highs in the mid 70's. So dry conditions and warm temps for Christmas eve and Christmas day! We'll continue with mostly clear skies and above average temps most of the week. We start cooling as we head into the weekend to about average temperatures. But still, no rain in our forecast for the week ahead.
Sunday temps: 69 inland, 68 by the coast, 70's for the valleys and IE, 45 in the mountains, 58 in the high deserts and 69 in the low desert.
Have a great weekend!
