Mortgage Relief Event Returns To Assist Troubled Homeowners

Posted: Updated:
Los Angeles, CA -

(FOX 11) We are beginning to see more signs of the country's housing recovery, as the number of homes repossessed is way down. Yet still many homeowners are still having trouble with their mortgages. This is where the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation Of America comes in.

Bob DeCastro is at the NACA Mortgage Relief Program event in downtown LA.

The nation's largest HUD Certified and most effective home ownership event is at the Los Angeles Convention Center Thursday through Monday, April 15th from 8 am to 6 pm.

Homeowners with unaffordable mortgages have the chance to reduce their monthly payment. Homeowners also have the chance to receive financial assistance. California has been allocated $2 Billion for the following:
· Principal Reduction - up to $100,000
· Unemployment Assistance - up to $27,000
· Mortgage Reinstatement - up to $25,000
· Transition Assistance (last resort) - up to $5,000

NACA has legally binding contracts with all the major lenders and investors to get this done. Hundreds of counselors and bank representatives will be in attendance to assist with on-site home loans and on-site free loan modifications. Everything is Free!
