Getting your best shot with a digital camera

Posted: Updated:
ATLANTA -

There used to be a time when we went on vacation, the camera that captured the memories was a manual 35mm. Times have changed and digital cameras, especially our smartphones, have become the camera of choice.

Photo albums have almost become a thing of the past, since those digital photos are now posted on social media sites for everyone to see. Professional photographer Alice Park joined Good Day Atlanta on Monday with some tips to make those digital photos you take look their best!

Tips:

Utilize some great free apps that are available to make your pictures more presentable:
1. Instagram
2. Photoshop Express (iPhone | Android)
3. VSCO Cam

Think about composition and cropping, and practice by taking as many photos as you can!
